| Frankly, I'm more upset at his FISA position than his death penalty one.My present position on the death penalty is that it should only be used against presently incarcerated people who murder while they are incarcerated. I am waffling on if that is large enough of a group to keep up any support of the death penalty.To put it another way, I might want to kill the person for some heinous crime, but I don't think that doing so is good public policy. |
