| Don’t let it get you down! You are SO not alone. I, too, let a few too many pounds creep on in the last year or so, so I feel for ya! We’ve just got to buckle down, together, and work on the right choices, one at a time. It sounds like you’re aware of what behaviors made this happen, so time to turn em around.
